Section 7: NE4 a/k/a/ Weld County Parcel #: 131107000014 & 131107117001 Weld County, Colorado To Whom It May Concern, In accordance with Rule 412.a.(4) and (6) of the Colorado Energy and Carbon Management Commission ("ECMC"), this letter is to inform you that Crestone Peak Resources ("Crestone") (a wholly owned subsidiary of Civitas Resources) intends to perform oil and gas operations to plug and abandon ("P&A") the above mentioned wellbores ("Wells") located on your property within the next 2-6 months (appx.) followed by Final Reclamation on the wellsite, tank battery, and access roads along with removal of the flowlines. The P&A operations on the Wells should take appx. 15 days/Well but that is subject to change. Appx. 3-5 days prior to the rig arriving a crew may be on location preparing the land for the rig (scraping, leveling, installing any necessary temporary sound mitigation walls/bales, fencing, mat boarding, etc.) We will be using an area of approximately 150' around the Wells ("Working Area") during these operations. We will use the existing access roads. After the P&A is completed, we will remove all debris, sounds walls and fencing installed. We will also remove the flowlines between the Wells and tank battery and remove all equipment from the tank battery. We will then perform Final Reclamation on the disturbed lands around the Wells, tank battery and access roads by removing any road base and bringing in topsoil as needed to restore the disturbed area to (as close as possible) it's original condition per all ECMC rules and regulations. We will then seed the land with a seed mixture like vegetation in the surrounding area. Please contact me ASAP with any questions regarding our P&A operations, Flowline removal, access roads removal and/or Final Reclamation.
