A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE,
COLORADO, APPROPRIATING SUMS OF MONEY TO THE VARIOUS FUNDS AND
SPENDING AGENCIES, IN THE AMOUNTS AND FOR THE PURPOSES AS SET
FORTH . BELOW FOR THE 2025 FISCAL YEAR.
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone adopted the 2025 budget in.
accordance with the Local Government Budget Law, on November 13, 2024; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has made provision therein for revenues in an amount
equal to total proposed expenditures as set forth in the budget; and
WHEREAS, its required by law but also necessary to appropriate the revenues provided
in the budget to and for the purposes described below, so as not to impair the operation of the
Town.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
Section 1. That the following sums are hereby appropriated from the revenues of each
fund, for the purposes stated:
General Fund
Capital Projects Fund
Debt Service Fund
Conservation Trust Fund
Firestone Urban Renewal Authority — Southern
Firestone Urban Renewal Authority — Northern
Firestone Urban Renewal Authority -- Central
Firestone Urban Renewal Authority — Big Horn
Water Fund
Stormwater Fund
