WHEREAS, upon completion of the determination of the Town of Firestone's ("Town") water capital needs
and operational costs the Town established water base rate charges which were set forth in Resolution No. 24-105;
and
WHEREAS, the Base Rate charges will be increased an additional 4% based upon the
water rate study done by Raftelis in 2023; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
Section 1. Water base rate charges. The following monthly rates and charges shall be imposed for water
received from the Town of Firestone water system:

Section 2. This Resolution shall take effect on January 1, 2025 and at such date all other resolutions
establishing the Town's water base rate charges set forth herein shall be repealed in their entirety.
