A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR THE DS REAL ESTATE MINOR
SUBDIVISION AND THE DS REAL ESTATE OVERALL FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone a
request for approval of a final plat for the DS Real Estate Minor Subdivision and an overall final
development plan for signage at the property that was annexed to, and is now a part of, the Town
and known as the DS Real Estate Annexation; and
WHEREAS, all materials related to the proposed final plat and overall final development
pIan have been reviewed by Town Staff and the Firestone Planning and Zoning Commission and
found with conditions to be in compliance with Town of Firestone subdivision and zoning
ordinances, Development Regulations, and related Town ordinances, regulations, and policies; and
WHEREAS, the Firestone Planning and Zoning Commission has held a properly noticed
public hearing on the application, and has forwarded to the Board of Trustees a recommendation of
approval, with conditions; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has duly considered the proposed final plat and overall
final development plan and has held a properly noticed public hearing on the application; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees finds that the proposed final plat and overall final
development plan should be approved subject to certain conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF TIIE
TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
Section 1. The Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone does hereby approve the
proposed final plat for the DS Real Estate Minor Subdivision and the overall final development plan
for the DS Real Estate Overall Final Development Plan, subject to the conditions set forth on
Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED this 28t" day of January 2015.

Conditions of Approval
1. Address and modify all documents pursuant to all engineering comments from the
Town Engineer,
2. Remove zoning information from the Minor Subdivision plat.
3. Provide an updated Title Commitment dated 30 days prior to recording of final
documents.
