Swingle Lawn Tree & Landscape Final Development Plan
Conditions of Approval
1. Add a note to the FDP that if the western area of the property is utilized for outdoor
storage, the vehicles or materials being stored should be kept in a neat and organized
fashion. And the maximum height shall be 15 feet.
2. Add note to the FDP that when the site redevelops, access onto Sable Avenue will be
limited to two access points.
3. Revise FDP to address Town Engineer comments not related to the new access point.
4. Add note to FDP that storage containers will be single-stacked only.
5. Revise the landscape plans to provide for additio nal plantings located along the chain link
fence on the west frontage to provide supplemental screening. The revisions shall be
subject to the final review and approval by the Town Engineer and Town Planner in
reference to the screening intent of this condition, while maintaining safety and sight
distances and limiting impacts on views into the site and along roadways.
