I TO THE 2025 CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT FOR PHASE 3 OF THE HISTORIC FIRESTONE WATERLINE AND ROADWAY REPLACEMENT PROJECT NO.2 WHEREAS, the Town of Firestone entered into a Construction Contract ("Contract") with EZ Excavating, Inc. to serve as the contractor for the Town's Phase 3 of the Historic Firestone Waterline and Roadway Replacement Project No. 2 (the "Project"); and WHEREAS, in addition to the work set forth in the Contract, the Parties agree that Phase 3 of the Project will also require additional full depth pavement replacement on Third Street where new mains are not being planned. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO: Change Order No. 1 to the 2025 Construction Contract between the Town of Firestone and EZ Excavating Inc. is approved in substantially the same forami as the copy attached hereto and made a part of this resolution, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the Change Order on behalf of the Town.
