A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT FOR CIMARRON POINTE, SECOND FILING
AND AN AMENDED FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR CIMARRON POINTE PHASE 2
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone a
request for approval of a final plat for Cimarron Pointe, Second Filing and an amended overall final
development plan for Cimarron Pointe Phase 2; and
WHEREAS, all materials related to the proposed final development plan have been
reviewed by Town Staff and the Firestone Board of Trustees and found with conditions to be in
compliance with Town of Firestone subdivision and zoning ordinances, Development Regulations,
and related Town ordinances, regulations, and policies; and
WHEREAS, the Firestone Planning and Zoning Commission has held a properly noticed
public hearing on the application, and has forwarded to the Board of Trustees its recommendation;
and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees has duly considered the proposed final plat and amended
Final development plan and the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission, and has
held a properly noticed public hearing on the application; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees finds that the proposed final plat and amended final
development plan should be approved subject to certain conditions.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
Section 1. The Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone does hereby approve the
proposed final plat for Cimarron Pointe, Second Filing and the amended final development plan for
Cimarron Pointe Phase 2, subject to the conditions set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and
incorporated herein by reference.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED this 1 lth day of June, 2014.

Final Plat —Cimarron Pointe, Second Filing
Amended Final Development Plan —Cimarron Pointe Phase 2
Conditions of Approval
l . Modify documents pursuant to comments from the Town Engineer.
2. Revise documents to correct typographical errors throughout.
3. Correct the reference to "Firestone Meadows" in the Site Design and Architecture
section.
4. Remove the "Garage (Building)" units from the Residential Density section.
5. Provide an updated title commitment.
6. Revise documents as necessary to reflect signature by owner of property at the time of
execution and recording.
7. Add a lender's consent to the plat, as deemed necessary by the Town Attorney based on
review of updated title commitment.
8. Execute an Assignment and Amendment to Subdivision Agreement for Cimarron Pointe,
Phase 2 as prepared by the Town Attorney,
9. To the extent applicable, exchange locust trees or other small -leafed trees with a species
approved by the Town Planner.
10. Replace Green Ash trees with another species approved by the Town Planner.
