HomeMy WebLinkAbout 14-58 Approving Ziggi's FDPRESOLUTION NO. 14- 5T,) A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR ZIGGI'S COFFEE WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone a request for approval of a final development plan for Ziggi's Coffee; and WHEREAS, all materials related to the application have been reviewed by Town Staff and Firestone Board of Trustees and found with conditions to be in compliance with Town of Firestone subdivision and zoning ordinances, Development Regulations, and related Town ordinances, regulations, and policies; and WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Commission has held a properly noticed public hearing on the application, and has forwarded to the Board of Trustees its recommendation; and WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees fords that the final development plan should be approved subject to certain conditions. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO: Section 1. The Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone does hereby approve the proposed final development plan for Ziggi's Coffee, subject to the conditions set forth on Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Modify FDP documents pursuant to comments from the Town Engineer and the Fire District. FDP Comments 2. Note in the Development Schedule section that this development is not commenced by November 1, 2017. FDP expires if construction of the 3. Note the fence color on the fence elevation. 4. On the detail sheet, clarify the light poles will be 25 feet in height. Also, note the location of the light poles and the color of such poles. 5. Delete sheet numbering from lower right corner, as they conflict with sheet numbering in title block. 6. Move the parking information in the General Notes item #3 on Sheet 2 to the Parking section on Sheet 1. 7. Show final pavement markings on the FDP. 8. Show "do not enter" signs at the drive aisle exit locations on the FDP. 9. Clarify on the FDP that the trash enclosure exterior shall be substantially similar in color to the main building. 10. Include a sidewalk connection running southwest from the east building elevation to the eastern edge of emergency access drive, with the final location and construction details to be subject to approval by the Town Planner and Town Engineer.
