HomeMy WebLinkAboutNeighbors Point Metro District Hearing Rescheduled - 5/11/2022Neighbors Point Metro District Hearing Rescheduled The Board of Trustees was scheduled to hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, May 11, 2022, to hear a request to amend and restate the Service Plan for the Neighbors Point Metropolitan District. In the Neighbors Point neighborhood, there are two different Metropolitan (Metro) Districts, Neighbors Point Metro District and NP 125 Metro District. The proposed amendments are only for Neighbors Point Metro District. Due to inaccuracies in the public notice, this item will be pulled from the agenda and rescheduled to the June 8, 2022, regular Board of Trustees meeting. As dictated by State Statute, the applicant (Neighbors Point Metropolitan District) is responsible for providing the notices to property owners. Those in the notice area will receive a new notice with the updated date and additional information. Click here to view the map.
