HomeMy WebLinkAboutFirestone Police Respond to Suicide Call & Make Arrest - 8/26/2022Firestone Police Respond to Suicide Call & Make Arrest On Thursday, August 25, 2022, at approximately 7:45 p.m., Firestone officers were dispatched to the 500 block of 1st Street on an attempted suicide call. As officers arrived, they found one adult male with a gunshot wound who was immediately transported to the hospital. Subsequently, an arrest was made, and an adult male suspect was charged with 1st Degree Assault. Most importantly, the Firestone Police Department would like to share that there is no threat to the community. This is an ongoing investigation, and at this time, there is no further information to share.
