A RESOLUTION OIL TI .E BOAR!) OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE,
COLORADO, APPROVING THE AMENDED BOARD OF TRUSTEES RULES OF
PROCEDURE
WHEREAS. the Board ofIrustees (Board") desires to update its Rules of Procedure. and
WHEREAS, at a special meeting held on June 1 8., 2025, the Board considered and
discussed a number of amendments to the Rules of Procedure relating to Trustee absences, agenda
preparation, adding items to an agenda, public hearing procedures, and trustee seating
ar°rangerz ents, hich are both compliant swith the desires of its members and current municipal
practices.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES F
THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
The Board of TnusteesRules of Procedure are amended as shown in Exhibit A. vhich is
attached hereto and made a part of this Resolution. Such amendments shall take effect upon
adoption of this resolution.
