Firestone) of the following identification of a historical release on the Wandell 21-7 location.

Details: While conducting facility decommissioning activities at Crestone Peak Resources Wandell
21-7 tank battery, historical impacts were discovered. The impacted soil will be removed and
hauled for disposal. Confirmation email samples will be collected and submitted in compliance
with ECMC Table 915-1. An initial form 19 will be submitted within 72 hours of discovery (7/3/25).
