For the past several years, the Board and sta have gathered for two days to have in- depth conversations about projects and initiatives that canʼt typically be covered during regular Board of Trustee Meetings or Work Sessions. These retreats allow Town Sta and consultants to share and collaborate with members of the Board of Trustees and work together to create, brainstorm, and share ideas about the vision of Firestone. This year, the retreat ended with a clear Work Plan for 2024-2025. The Board of Trustees will consider adopting this Work Plan at the next Board of Trustees meeting on September 27, 2023.
