A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FIRESTONE, COLORADO, ADOPTING THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE
2025-2055 WATER ACTION PLAN UPDATE
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees (Board"`) of the Town of I irestone ("Town") in
recognition of the importance of water resources for the "T'own's growth and economic wellbeing
sought to update a long range water action plan..; and
WHEREAS, to update such a plan, the Town Board selected and retained, based upon
their skills, expertise and participation in the Firestone Water Team (" F WI "). Leonard Rice
Engineers, Inc.. ("LIT "), Colorado Civil Group, Inc ("( CU), WcstWater Research ("WWII.)
and Lawrence Custer Grasmiek Jones & Donovan LLP ("LCCIJD'") and,
WHEREAS, PW`I" has developed the ".Town of Firestone Water Action Plan 2025
Update," ishich addresses how the Town' will meet its projected ram and treated water demands
from, current day to 2055; and
WHEREAS, upon review=, the Board finds that F W`I, Plan addresses the "l own's request
and desires to adopt such as the "I"on"s Water Action Plan 2025 Update.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BYX THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
Board of Trustees of the [own of Firestone adopts the "To n of Firestone Water
Action Plan 2025 L pdate," in substantially the form as attached hereto and made a part of this
Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day.£ of October, 2025.
