A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE,
COLORADO, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO AN EXISTING FINAL DEVELOPMENT
PLAN FOR CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY LOCATED WITHIN RIDGE .CREST SUBDIVISION
FILING NO. 1
WHEREAS, on February 25519995 the Board of Trustees adopted Resolution 99-8, approving
a Final Development Plan "FDP" for RIDGE CREST SUBDIVISION FILING NO. 1, a subdivision
providing 77 lots for single-family residential uses within the Town of Firestone; and
WHEREAS, there is an existing rear setback of 100 feet applicable to Lots 1 and 2, Block 1
within Ridge Crest Subdivision Filing No.1 (the "Property"); and
WHEREAS, Scott R. Halconson ("Applicant"), as owner of the Property, has submitted an
application to amend the existing FDP, entitled "Ridge Crest Subdivision Filing No. 1, Final
Development Plan, Amendment No. 1 ": (a) to reduce the rear setback for Lots 1 and 2, Block 1, from
one hundred (100) feet to twenty (20) feet (the "Application"); and
WHEREAS, the Firestone Planning and Zoning Commission held a property noticed public
hearing on the application, and has forwarded to the Board of Trustees a recommendation of approval
of the Application; and
WHEREAS, after aduly-noticed public hearing, at which evidence and testimony were
entered into the record,
the Town Board of Trustees finds and determines that the Application is
complete, that the Applicant has met the applicable requirements and standards set forth Section
16.7.10.1) of the Firestone Development Code.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF FIltESTONE5 COLORADOa
Section 1. The Ridge Crest Subdivision Filing No. 1, Final Development Plan,
Amendment No. 1, attached hereto as Exhibit A and incorporated herein by this reference, is
hereby approved.
