A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FIRESTONE, COLORADO, AUTHORIZING PAYMENT OF THE
COLORADO INTERGOVERNMENTAL RISK SHARING AGENCY'S
INSURANCE PREMIUMS FOR 2022 PROPERTY AND CASUALTY
COVERAGE
WHEREAS, the Colorado Intergovernmental Risk Sharing Agency ("CIRSA") is a
municipal self-insurance pool that provides coverage for municipal entities within the state; and
WHEREAS, the Town of Firestone is a CIRSA member and thus responsible for payment
A the coverages provided by CIRSA for the Town; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Trustees desires to approve the 2022 premiums for the coverages
listed herein.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
The Board of Trustees authorizes payment to CIRSA for the 2022 premiums for the
following coverages: police professional liability, waterline ruptures/sewer backups, property
damage, property damage from mobile equipment, general liability, auto physical damage, auto
liability, public officials errors, and omissions liability, excess crime, community service
workers accident plan and equipment breakdown.
