A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FIRESTONE, COLORADO, APPROVING AN AMENDMENT TO THE
AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF
FIRESTONE AND THE CITY OF DACONO
WHEREAS, on March 26, 2025, the Town of Firestone ("Firestone") and and the City of
Dacono ("Dacono") entered into into an agreement for reimbursement of Transportation Services
provided to eligible Dacono residents by Via Mobility Services; and
WHEREAS, Via Mobility Services has notified Firestone of an increase to its Rate Per
Service Hour; and
WHEREAS, Firestone and Via Mobility Services have amended the Transportation
Services Agreement to include service to residents of the Town of Frederick and expand the
eligibility requirements for riders.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
The First Amendment to the Agreement for Reimbursement between the Town of
Firestone and the City of Dacono is hereby approved in substantially the same form as the copy
attached hereto and made a part of this resolution. The Mayor is authorized to execute the
amendment on behalf of the Town.

FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT
THIS FIRST AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT FOR REIMBURSEMENT
("Amendment") is made and entered into this 'day of I44Gfl , 2026, by
and between the Town of Firestone ("Firestone"), a Colorado statutory municipality, and the
City of Dacono ("Dacono"), a Colorado home rule municipality, for transportation services.
WHEREAS, on March 26, 2025, Firestone and Dacono entered into an Agreement
for Reimbursement for Transportation Services provided to eligible Dacono residents by Via
Mobility Services (the "Original Agreement"); and
WHEREAS, Via Mobility Services has notified Firestone of an increase to its Rate Per
Service Hour; and
WHEREAS, Firestone and Via Mobility Services have amended the Transportation
Services Agreement to include service to residents of the Town of Frederick and expand the
eligibility requirements for riders.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration it is agreed by and between the parties hereto as
follows:
1. Any reference to Via Mobility's contracted rate or fee is hereby amended to $100
per service hour.
2. Exhibit A to the Original Agreement shall be replaced and superseded in its
entirety with Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated into this First
Amendment.
