A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE,
COLORADO, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 2 TO THE 2023 AGREEMENT
FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES WITH SHORT ELLIOTT HENDRICKSON, INC.
FOR THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE WCR 26 BRIDGE REPLACEMENT PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Town of Firestone entered into an Agreement for Professional Services
("Agreement") with Short Elliott Hendrickson, Inc. ("SEH").for certain pre -construction services,
such as design, survey and data acquisition, and bidding, together with administration of the
construction contract in connection with the Weld County Road 26 and Last Chance Ditch Bridge
Replacement Project (the "Project"); and
WHEREAS, in addition to the work set forth in the Agreement, the Parties agree that the
Project will also require additional work related to obtaining a new or renewed permit verification
of the Nationwide Permit #14 under new U.S. Army Corp of Engineers regulations, along with
updates to required CDOT specifications and clearances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF
THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
Change Order No. 2 to the 2023 Agreement for Professional Services between the Town
of Firestone and SEH is approved in substantially the same form as the copy attached hereto and
made a part of this resolution, and the Mayor is authorized to execute the Change Order on behalf
of the Town.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 18th day of February, 2026.
