A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE,
COLORADO, APPROVING PAYMENT OF THE TOWN'S 2026 EMPLOYEE BENEFITS
INSURANCE PREMIUMS
WHEREAS, the Town of Firestone's 2026 budget adopted by the Board of Trustees
appropriates funds for the Town's 2026 employee benefits insurance premiums; and
WHEREAS the Board of Trustees desires to specifically authorize such payments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
The Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone authorizes payment of the Town's employee
benefits insurance premiums in the amounts set forth herein below.
Cigna - Medical
$2,545.110.00
Delta - Dental
$137,197.00
VSP - Vision
$23,870.00
Pinnacol - Workers Compensation
$180,000.00
Mutual of Omaha
$106,232.00
