Details: During flowline decommissioning activities at Extraction's Miller 32-17 wellhead, historical
impacts were identified on 1-6-26. The impacted soil will be removed and hauled for disposal.
Confirmation soil samples will be collected and submitted for the full ECMC Table 915-1 analytical suite.
