RESOLUTION NO.2026 - 01
A RESOLUTION OF THE FIRESTONE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY AMENDING
THE BUDGET FOR THE FIRESTONE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY FOR FISCAL
YEAR 2025
WHEREAS, on October 16`h, 2024 the Board of Commissioners of the Firestone Urban
Renewal Authority ("Authority") adopted the Authority's 2025 Budget ("Budget"); and
WHEREAS, as required by law the Authority has published notice of and held a public
hearing regarding the proposed supplemental appropriations; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners deems it in the best interest of the Authority to
adopt this resolution amending the Budget and appropriations for the Central FURA and the Big
Horn FURA for the purposes as set forth in Exhibit A.
WHEREAS, the amended 2025 budget, as revised by this Resolution, remains in balance
as required by law; and
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS OF
THE FIRESTONE URBAN RENEWAL AUTHORITY:
Section 1. This Resolution is enacted as a supplemental budget and appropriation pursuant
to C.R.S. § 29-1-109.
INTRODUCED, READ AND ADOPTED this 14th day of January, 2026.
