In 2025, the Town partnered with Polco to conduct a National Community Survey. Randomly selected households participated between early March and mid-April. The results are helping guide policy decisions for the Firestone Board of Trustees and prioritize future Town projects. One area the Board and staff would like to better understand is customer service. If you have recently interacted with Town staff, we invite you to take a brief survey and share your experience. Your feedback will help us continue improving the service we provide to residents. The survey takes only a few minutes to complete, and all responses are confidential.
