HomeMy WebLinkAboutTown of Firestone Special Municipal Election - 3/31/2026Firestone Special Municipal Election Update: Ballots Have Been Mailed The Town of Firestone Clerkʼs Office has received confirmation that the ballots have been mailed! It is anticipated that they will start to arrive in mailboxes in 5-7 days. After you receive and complete your ballot, place it in the return envelope provided. Once you have sealed and signed your envelope, you may mail it, drop it off, or bring it in. MAIL IT: Include proper postage of a first-class or forever stamp on the envelope provided and mail it. If you have not mailed your ballot by Tuesday, April 14th, we encourage you to drop it off or bring it in. DROP IT OFF: Save a stamp and drop it off at the 24-hour drop-box located in the vestibule of Town Hall at 9950 Park Ave, Firestone, CO, or the SW County Services Complex at 4209 County Rd. 24 1/2. BRING IT IN: Bring your ballot to the Voter Service Center during normal business hours (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.) and on Election Day, April 21, 2026, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Ballots must be received by 7:00 p.m. on Election Day. Registered voters who do not receive a ballot in the mail may request a replacement from the Town Clerkʼs Office. Voter Service Center The Firestone Town Clerkʼs office is available to register eligible voters, provide ballot replacements, and is open for ballot drop-off. The Town of Firestone Town Clerkʼs office is open at 9550 Park Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., and on Election Day, April 21, from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. Voter Registration Information To register to vote, you must be: A United States Citizen Be 18 years old on or before the date of the election Reside in Colorado and in the municipal election precinct for at least 22 days before the election Registration is permitted on any day up to and including the day of the election through the County Clerkʼs Office Confirm, update, or register to vote online here: www.govotecolorado.com For more information on Firestoneʼs Municipal Election, please visit www.FirestoneCO.gov/Election or contact the Town Clerkʼs Office at 303-531-6264 or email townclerk@firestoneco.gov.
