HomeMy WebLinkAboutFirestone Recycles Registration is Now Open - 4/3/2026Join us for Firestone Recycles on Saturday, April 18, at the Firestone Public Works Facility! This popular event helps residents recycle, donate, and properly dispose of items that donʼt belong in the landfill—from electronics and paper for shredding to household goods and more. Registration is required to attend. To help manage traffic and ensure a smooth experience, only those who register for a designated time slot will be admitted. Spots fill quickly, so we encourage you to plan ahead. Registration is limited to one sign-up per household. Before you arrive, please take a moment to review the full list of accepted items and vendor guidelines. Not all items are accepted, and some vendors have specific requirements. Weʼve also created a helpful Recycling Guide that shows where you can recycle additional items year-round within our community. Registration and helpful resources can be found at the links below or at www.firestoneco.gov/recycles. Event Details: Firestone Recycles will take place on Saturday, April 18, from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Firestone Public Works Facility. Each household is limited to one TV and one banker's box of paper for shredding; additional TVs will incur a fee, payable by cash or check, to Green Girl Recycling. Proof of residency is required for entry and must include a government-issued ID with a Firestone address or a utility bill that matches the name on your ID.
