On Friday, June 12, water customers received a notification regarding a water service disruption or water shut-off. If you received that message, please disregard it. There are no planned water shut-offs or service disconnections scheduled for the month of June. Once the error was identified, a follow-up notification was sent to all water customers advising them that the original message had been sent in error. If you did not receive that follow-up communication, we apologize for the additional confusion this may have caused. We understand that receiving this type of notification may have caused concern, and we sincerely apologize for the mistake. We are reviewing the issue to help prevent similar errors in the future.
