HomeMy WebLinkAboutWaterline Repair on Firestone Boulevard - 7/2/2026Waterline Repair on Firestone Boulevard During overnight paving operations, contractors identified water rising from a valve box on eastbound Firestone Boulevard between the I-25 Frontage Road and Jake Jabs Boulevard. Central Weld County Water District is on-site, completing repairs with support from the Town of Firestone. To provide a safe work area for crews and equipment, the three eastbound lanes between the I-25 Frontage Road and Jake Jabs Boulevard will be reduced to one lane. The lane closure is expected to remain in place throughout the day. Motorists are encouraged to use alternate routes whenever possible. If travel through the area is necessary, please slow down, remain alert, follow directions from traffic control personnel, and expect brief delays.
