HomeMy WebLinkAboutBarefoot Lakes Parkway Northbound Lane Closure - 7/23/2026Barefoot Lakes Parkway Northbound Lane Closure North of Sanctuary Avenue Beginning Monday, July 27, 2026, a utility contractor working on behalf of Brookfield Homes will close the northbound lanes of Barefoot Lakes Parkway between Sanctuary Avenue and Lake Port Avenue. The closure is necessary to allow crews to safely repair damaged storm sewer lines. Weather permitting and barring unforeseen circumstances, the closure is expected to remain in place for approximately one week. DETOUR INFORMATION Northbound traffic will be detoured using the following route: Sanctuary Avenue → Inland Avenue → Barefoot Lakes Parkway Southbound traffic will remain open and will not be affected. Traffic control devices and detour signage will be in place throughout the project area to help guide motorists safely through the detour. Motorists, pedestrians, and cyclists are encouraged to use caution, follow all posted traffic control and detour signs, and allow extra travel time while work is underway.
