Describe what is known about the spill/release event (what happened -- including how it was stopped, contained, and recovered):
During facility decommissioning activities at the wellheads, audio, visual, and olfactory measures indicated a potential historical release.
Confirmation soil samples were collected and submitted for Table 915 analysis. The impacted soil will be removed and hauled for
disposal. Once impacts are removed, confirmation soil samples will be collected and submitted in compliance with ECMC Table 915.
