This well resides inside an active gravel mine and currently stands about 25 ft above the mine floor and is planned to be removed
to enhance the safety of the gravel mining operations. The well will be cut and capped near the mine floor at an estimated total
depth approximately 30' from surface elevation. The well is not being re-entered and nothing downhole is to be completed or re-
plugged in any fashion, it is proposed to remove approximately 25' of the well and install a cap.
