HomeMy WebLinkAbout 19-60 Barefoot Lakes F4 FP-FDPRESOLUTION 19-60 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLAT AND FINAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN FOR BAREFOOT LAKES FILING NO.4 WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the Planning and Zoning Commission and Board of Trustees of the Town of Firestone a request for approval of a final plat and final development plan for Barefoot Lakes Filing No. 4; and WHEREAS, all materials related. to the application have been reviewed by Town Staff and. found with conditions to be in compliance with Town of Firestone subdivision and zoning ordinances, Development Regulations, and related Town ordinances, regulations, and policies; and WHEREAS, the Firestone Planning and Zoning Commission held a properly noticed public hearing on the application, and has forwarded to the Board of Trustees a recommendation of approval with conditions; and WHEREAS, after aduly-noticed public hearing, at which evidence and testimony were entered into the record, the Board of Trustees finds the proposed final plat should be approved, subject to certain conditions NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO: Section 1. The Board of Trustees hereby approves the proposed Final Plat and Final Development Plan for Barefoot Lakes Filing No. 4, subject to the conditions set forth on Exhibit A attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Modify plans and application materials pursuant to comments of the Town Engineer set forth in a memoranda dated May 23, 2019, to the Town's satisfaction. 2. Modify plans and application materials pursuant to comments of the Consultant Town Planner set forth in a memoranda dated July 3, 2019, to the Town's satisfaction. 3. Provide an updated title commitment when the mylars are provided for recording, dated no later than thirty (30) days prior to submission of mylars. 4. Execute a subdivision agreement, in a form to be approved by the Town Attorney. 5. Technical corrections to the Barefoot Lakes Filing No. 4 final plat and final development plan shall be made to the Town's satisfaction.
