Water leg isolation control valve is shut. It is believed that all contamination is confined within secondary containment. A work order has been submitted to have the contamination cleaned up. The water leg isolation control valve was shut. Produced-water and potentially impacted soils were hydrovacced out. Only preliminary lab data is available at this time and the investigation activities are ongoing. Describe measures taken to prevent the problem(s) from reoccurring: The failed equipment has been shut in and will be repaired. Equipment will be monitored according to routine maintenance intervals.
