HomeMy WebLinkAboutActivity Notice from Anadarko - 11/15/20183/2/2020 Activity Notice from Anadarko https://www.firestoneco.gov/CivicSend/ViewMessage/Message/72008 1/1 Activity Notice from Anadarko Anadarko has notified the Town of Firestone that they will begin actively developing nine new oil and natural gas wells nearby the Town’s limits this winter. The Ruca Pad is located south of County Road 20 and east of the Town of Firestone’s Public Works Facility. According to Anadarko, in the next coming weeks the site will be prepared and a drilling rig will begin the underground well construction process. Horizontal drilling is expected to begin in late January and is likely to extend through mid-March 2019. Additional information will be shared as plans progress to conduct hydraulic fracturing, facility construction and reclamation.
