A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF
FIRESTONE, COLORADO, APPROVING CHANGE ORDER NO. 4 FOR THE
AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF FIRESTONE AND RUDICK
EXCAVATING INC REGARDING THE FIRESTONE RESERVOIR NO. 1
SUPPLY AND DELIVERY INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT
WHEREAS, the Town of Firestone ("Town") as part of the Firestone Reservoir No. 1
Supply and Delivery Project ("Project") agreed with the Last Chance Ditch and Rural Ditch to
install interim drainage improvements where the two ditches cross; and
WHEREAS, as Rudick Excavating Inc ("HEI") is already under contract with the Town
regarding the Project and on-site and can perform such work staff recommends that the Board of
Trustees approve Change Order No. 4 authorizing HEI to perform the work.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE
TOWN OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
Change Order No. 4 to the Town of Firestone and Rudick Excavating Inc's Agreement
regarding the Firestone Reservoir No. 1 Supply and Delivery Infrastructure Project is approved
in substantially the same form as the copy attached hereto and made a part of this resolution and
the Mayor is authorized to execute Change Order No.4 on behalf of the Town.
