A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN OF FIREST ONE,
COLORADO, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE TOWN OF
FIRESTONE AND AUDIO VISUAL INNOVATIONS, INC., FOR AV SUPPORT
SERVICE
WHEREAS, the Town of Firestone is in need of audio visual services (AV) at its Police
and Municipal Court Building; and
WHEREAS, Audio Visual Innovations, Inc (A VI) was the original sub-contractor for AV
service during the construction of the Police and Municipal Court; and
WHEREAS, A VI thus has the required knowledge, experience and expertise to provide the
required AV services in a cost-effective manner.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE TOWN
OF FIRESTONE, COLORADO:
The Professional AV Services Agreement between the Town of Firestone and Audio
Visual Innovations, Inc, is approved in substantially the same fo1m as the copy attached hereto and
made a part of this resolution and the Mayor is authorized to execute the Agreement on behalf of
the Town.
